## Plans

- **Fastest** (`gold`): the only plan with push notifications. Best for sell-outs where face-value listings vanish in seconds (Wimbledon, stadium tours, festival resale).
- **Standard** (`silver`): an email for every new face-value listing.
- **Free** (`free`): an email digest every 6 hours. No card needed.

## How billing works

- Each event is a separate one-off fee, paid by card through Stripe on the event's page (`https://ticket-alerts.live/event/{slug}`).
- Currency follows the event's home region when it has one, otherwise the buyer's country: UK → GBP, EU/EEA/CH → EUR, US/CA → USD, everywhere else → GBP.
- Fees are non-refundable once monitoring starts (Terms §6: https://ticket-alerts.live/terms#no-refunds).
- Upgrading from Free to a paid plan on the same event is done from the event page.
- We never sell tickets. Alerts link to the official resale platform, where tickets are bought at face value.
